His background is in Architecture, Wilderness Education, Fine Woodworking and Home Building with a deep focus on the environment, land conservation and “best use” practices for land development. In his personal life, he is an avid cook, mountain biker, father of two awesome children and an active member of the Mills River, Asheville and Hendersonville communities. Together with his wife Gini, they own a spring water enterprise in Mills River called True Springs.
